We are looking for individuals that are good role models for their community. Contestants must not have ever posed nude for any pictures. Female contestants must have been born female and male contestants must have been born male. Females and Males are expected to dress according to their gender. The pageant, auditorium or hotel will not be held responsible for any losses, theft, or damages at the pageant or during transportation to and from the pageant. To become a contestant in the 2011 national finals, print out this application or retype it and mail to the National Pageant Office. You must send this application in, a recent photo of yourself and a $150 deposit to secure your title and spot at the 2011 national finals. Deposits will be deducted from the national entry fee of $300.00.  The entry for our national pageant is one of the lowest around. Each contestant will be responsible for the entry fee OR for selling two full page ads in the program book ($200 each page). Each contestant will also be responsible for a $25 video fee.
